Defective/Damaged Item Returns:
If the item you receive is damaged or defective, you can return it in the same condition as received, with the original box and packaging intact. Notify us by sending a photo of the damaged item via WhatsApp within 1 hour before the delivery. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If found defective or damaged, we will process a refund, including any incurred shipping fees.
Wrong Item Returns:
In the rare instance of receiving the wrong item, return it in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive the item, we will process a refund along with free 15-day returns.
Returns Not Possible in the Following Scenarios:
– Return request made outside the specified time frame of 7 days from delivery.
– Products ordered for store pick-up must be collected within 7 days; otherwise, no refund will be processed.
– Products used, damaged, or not in the original condition.
– Defective products covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
– Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
Change of Mind Returns:
If you change your mind before receiving the item, contact us to cancel your order for a refund, including any applicable shipping fees. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 7 days to return it. Ensure the item is not on the Non-Returnable list and has its original packaging unopened.

Courier representatives will contact you within 3-5 days from the return request. The entire process may take up to two weeks for collection. Unfortunately, scheduling time with the courier is not currently available.
Late Returns:
Contact our Customer Service Team at +91 89210 91058 or through the Contact Us page for late returns beyond 7 days. Acceptable returns as per Consumer Protection Laws will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Process:
– Credit Card Payments: Refunded to your card, may take up to a month to reflect in your statement.
– Cash on Delivery: Refunded to your bank account.
Replacement/Exchange:
Bohomen offer replacement or exchange; you can return the item for a full refund.
Lost Original Packing:
Contact our Customer Service Team if you’ve lost the original packing.
Retail Packaging Definition:
An unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging, similar to when it was delivered.

Currently, returns are accepted only through our assigned courier services.
Shipping Charges for Returns:
Bohomen covers all shipping charges for returns within 7 days from the delivery date.
Pre-paid Shipping Label/Air Waybill:
Once you request a return, we’ll send the pre-paid shipping label/Air Waybill to your email.
